Service Description
If you bring a foster dog to your home or from a shelter, we'll give you a 50% discount on all treatments to help them find their new home looking their best! Just ask us for the discount code or specify it when booking.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to serve our friends in the best possible way, and that's why we work with a pre-booking system. Whenever possible, we adapt as much as possible and allow cancellations or reschedules to allow time for other dogs. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Important: Our services are performed slowly, stress-free, and in a careful and thorough manner. Therefore, in the case of knots in the coat or excessive dirt, there is an additional charge, as it is not possible to perform it within the standard timeframe and more time must be spent booking another session or, if there is time, paying an extra fee, which the client will be informed of.
