Service Description
This service includes: - A thorough brushing, whether the dog has short or long hair - A bath and moisturizing massage with cleansing of tear ducts, the inside of the ears, and glands - A towel and hairdryer depending on the dog's sensitivity to noise - A post-combing session - A perfume of your choice from 10 different scents We use 100% natural ARTERO products, guaranteeing deep cleaning, relaxation, and the absence of allergies. Important: Our services are performed slowly, stress-free for the dog, and in a careful and thorough manner. Therefore, in the case of matted coats, excessive or double-coated fur (e.g., Samoyed, Pomeranian, Chow-Chow, Newfoundland, Collie, Swiss Shepherd, etc.), or extreme dirt, it is not possible to perform the service within the standard timeframe. Additional time will be required by reserving another session or, if there is time available on that day, by paying an extra fee, which the client will be informed of.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to serve our friends in the best possible way, and that's why we work with a pre-booking system. Whenever possible, we adapt as much as possible and allow cancellations or reschedules to allow time for other dogs. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Important: Our services are performed slowly, stress-free, and in a careful and thorough manner. Therefore, in the case of knots in the coat or excessive dirt, there is an additional charge, as it is not possible to perform it within the standard timeframe and more time must be spent booking another session or, if there is time, paying an extra fee, which the client will be informed of.
