Service Description
This service includes - Thorough brushing, whether your dog has short or long hair - Bath and moisturizing massage with cleansing of tear ducts, inside of ears, and glands - Trimming of paws and pads - Trimming of facial, eye, and ear hair - Grooming of hygiene areas - Nail trimming - Towel drying and hairdrying, depending on the dog's sensitivity to noise - Full haircut with scissors and clippers, appropriate for breed, style, and coat type - Aftercare - Perfume of your choice from 10 different scents We use 100% natural ARTERO products, guaranteeing deep cleaning, relaxation, and allergy-free grooming. Important: Our service is carried out slowly, without stress for the dog and in a careful and thorough manner, therefore in case of knots in the coat, excessive or double coat (e.g. Samoyed, Pomeranian, Chow-Chow, Newfoundland, Collie, German Shepherd, Water Dog...) or extreme dirt, it is not possible to do it in the standard time and more time must be spent booking another session or, if there is time on that day, paying an extra fee which the client will be informed about.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to serve our friends in the best possible way, and that's why we work with a pre-booking system. Whenever possible, we adapt as much as possible and allow cancellations or reschedules to allow time for other dogs. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Important: Our services are performed slowly, stress-free, and in a careful and thorough manner. Therefore, in the case of knots in the coat or excessive dirt, there is an additional charge, as it is not possible to perform it within the standard timeframe and more time must be spent booking another session or, if there is time, paying an extra fee, which the client will be informed of.
